Albert joined Landwise as a Intern - Planner and Analyst in 2025. He works on a variety of spatial and economic analyses at Landwise, drawing on his experience in GIS, urban planning, real estate development, and econometrics. He is passionate about understanding our built environment through data and is eager to help build vibrant and inclusive places.
Previously, Albert spent a summer working with Kittelson & Associates in Charlotte, NC, spearheading GIS and data analysis efforts for transportation planning projects across the southeast and New England. Albert has also worked with the planning analytics firm Urban3, conducting in-depth research into land value economics and urban history in North Carolina. Further, Albert has experience with the real estate development process through an internship with a Massachusetts-based solar farm developer.
Albert graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College in 2025 with a double major in geography and economics.
