Real Estate Analyst - Intern

Kirtana is a real estate analyst/planner at Landwise. She works on market analysis, financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, economic impact, and quantitative analysis. Her interests in cities, real estate and equity are rooted in her experience growing up in Mumbai and her work in India. Kirtana brings her comprehensive city planning expertise to each client project while incorporating her background in real estate, design, and data visualizations.

Prior to joining Landwise, Kirtana worked on real estate projects in both the public and private sector, across numerous cities in the US and internationally. She brings negotiation skills to bridge the gap between public and private stakeholder and a unique perspective. After spending a few years as an architect and research associate, she worked as a valuation analyst on a portfolio of projects across USA. Recently, she worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank as an analyst where she helped provide financing for numerous types of affordable housing projects.

Kirtana received her Master of City Planning degree with a concentration in public private development from the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in Real Estate Design and Development from Wharton. She also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Balwant Sheth School of Architecture and is a licensed architect in India.
